Account Suspension & Closure Policy

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

bg44 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. In this case, bg44 reserves the right to apply a service charge or close the account.

Limitation of Liability

bg44 and its affiliated entities accept no liability for the following:

• Financial loss or psychological harm resulting from a user's gambling.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• A game being interrupted due to internet connectivity or device issues.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, and similar events.

bg44's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of the original deposit held in the user's account.
